The distinctive black bottle (an Australian first) and label allured us to this beer, this is aimed squarely at the young generation Y drinkers but caught us in the crossfire. When poured this is a gold coloured with a moderate head and some carbonation. This is a dry tasting beer with a light body and a medium bitterness, that is pleasing on the palate. A clean crisp beer that has a barley visible profile of pale malt that can only be described as a 'classic dry style beer.' Whilst the beer doesn't offer any excitement it is also not a bad beer. An enjoyable beer for a Gen Y

Verdict - Good
