Trappist beer, but with the 'US hops playing the headline act.'
When poured this is an amber orange beer with an off white head. There
is a sensational aroma present, complex with hints of passion fruit, rock
melon and spicy citrus notes thanks too the 'US Cascade and Chinook hops.' On
tasting this is a highly complex beer with a sweet malt backbone and high
carbonation on the palate. This is a full bodied beer, that makes good use of
the hops. Overall a solid, tasty beer attributed to the excellent
merging of the classic hoppy American pale ale flavours, with a Belgium Triple.
A beer that Little Creatures can be proud of.
