This is a beer we have often enjoyed but until now haven't determined what features set this beer apart from other beers in this premium export range. This beer has excellent clarity yet poor head retention, this is however redeemed by it's mild satisfying aroma. The flavour has a nice balance of barley, malt and hops with the hops slightly outshining it's brewing counterparts giving the beer a slightly more intricate flavour than  other premium export lagers. A good session beer to be shared with mates or to be thrown back after a hard days work. Interestingly the key on the label is actually the coat of arms of Bremen, the city in which the Beck's brewery is situated.

Verdict -  Excellent
